Hat is in preowned vintage condition, some signs of wear with loose or damaged feathers. I tried to stick the loose feathers back in place but did not want to put any glue on it so we are selling it as. The feather colors are absolutely beautiful in the light, there is lots of color! There is a strange vinyl handle on the top, I am guessing this was to carry around your hat if you wanted to take it off? I have never seen another hat like this. It came out of the LaSalle's estate. LaSalle owned a suit store in Scranton Pennsylvania that was featured on the History channels tv show "American Pickers".
