Lego City Square set 60097. It includes all the instruction manuals. They do have slight wear and there are marker marks in the inventory list, see second picture. Pieces are bagged corresponding to the number on the instruction manuals.
The pieces are in excellent condition overall they’re just slightly dusty. The minifigures are also in excellent condition with no cracks. There is slight wear on the printing of the girl’s face from book 1.
There is only one sticker missing: the Lego shopping bag sticker from book 5, the yellow tile is there.
